New Threats to Ukraine's Energy Sector
Ukraine has recently experienced renewed attacks on SOCAR's energy facilities, highlighting the threat to Azerbaijan. The international community must respond to these actions.
This was stated by Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga on social media.
“Last night, strikes were carried out on SOCAR's oil terminals in the Odessa region. This marks the second attack on Azerbaijan's state company in recent weeks. Moscow is acting deliberately, jeopardizing Azerbaijan's interests,” Sibiga noted.
He also emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation between Ukraine and Azerbaijan and the need for a proper diplomatic and legal response to such provocations.
