New Music Festival in Odessa: A Celebration of Creativity
On August 14, 2025, the International New Music Festival titled «Two days and two nights of new music» kicked off at the Odessa Regional Philharmonic.
For two days, attendees will experience unique compositions showcasing the latest trends in music: from electronic sounds to interactive projects, from chamber ensembles to innovative experiments.
This year, the festival highlights the indomitable spirit of the Ukrainian people in their fight against aggression. The uniqueness of the 30th festival lies in its program, which features works by both Ukrainian and international composers written during the war, reflecting the resilience and bravery of Ukrainians.
The festival program includes around 50 pieces, including 10 world premieres. Many musical performances combine music with theater, artistic elements, as well as sound, video, and multimedia installations.
The festival is organized with the support of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine and the Odessa City Council.
