Cheerleading Championship: New Champions from Odesa
On April 2, 2025, Odesa Lyceum No. 84 hosted a cheerleading competition involving 14 teams from various schools in the city. This was the III (city) stage of the competitions under the project “Side by Side All-Ukrainian School Leagues.”
The participating teams hailed from Odesa Lyceums No. 60, 63, 73, 89, 100, 122, 111, as well as “Leader,” “Harmony,” and Gymnasiums No. 19, 26, and 125.
During their performances, the young cheerleaders showcased their grace, gymnastic skills, and dancing talents.
According to the judges, the first place in category “A” was secured by the team from Odesa Gymnasium No. 26. The teams from Odesa Lyceums No. 63 and 60 took the second and third places, respectively.
In category “B,” the girls from Odesa Lyceum No. 73 achieved a brilliant victory, while teams from Odesa Lyceums No. 111 and 89 finished in second and third places, respectively.
The winning teams will represent Odesa at the IV (regional) stage of the competitions.
