Women's Career Hub in Odessa
In Odessa, there operates the 'Vona' career hub. This initiative was established to assist women in finding employment or starting their own businesses who have suffered from domestic or gender-based violence.
By reaching out to the 'Vona' hub, women can:
- schedule a free and confidential consultation with a career advisor for personalized job search support;
- receive individual consultation from a psychologist based on the career advisor's referral for support during employment and adaptation;
- enroll in free professional courses to gain new knowledge and skills, as well as attend training sessions and webinars aimed at enhancing professional and communication abilities.
The 'Vona' hub in Odessa is a joint project of the Odessa City Council and the United Nations Population Fund in Ukraine.
