New Rehabilitation Center in Odesa: Opportunities for Patients
This year, nearly 300 individuals have completed rehabilitation at the newly established outpatient rehabilitation department of Primary Health Care Center No. 4.
The modern rehabilitation center was opened this year in the Kyiv district of Odesa at 62 Levitan Street.
The facility has signed an agreement with the National Health Service of Ukraine for the medical service package 'Rehabilitation Assistance for Adults and Children in Outpatient Settings'. Rehabilitation services are provided free of charge with an electronic referral from a family or specialized doctor.
The rehabilitation department of PHC Center No. 4 employs a multidisciplinary team, including physicians of physical and rehabilitation medicine, a physical therapist, an occupational therapist, a speech therapist, and a clinical psychologist.
The center is equipped with modern rehabilitation equipment that helps patients effectively restore bodily functions.
This year, the renovation of the first floor of PHC Center No. 4 has also been completed, creating an inclusive reception area that meets the needs of wheelchair users.
“We care about making every patient feel comfortable and safe. Our center meets modern standards for inclusive spaces,” said the director of PHC Center No. 4, Tetiana Chernenko.
