Day of Mourning in Odesa
Due to the tragedy that occurred on the night of January 27, 2026, as a result of a massive enemy drone strike on Odesa, January 28, 2026, has been declared a day of mourning.
The State Flag of Ukraine and the flag of Odesa will be flown at half-mast with mourning ribbons.
Businesses, institutions, and organizations in the city are advised to limit music use and refrain from organizing entertainment events.
