New Traffic Rules Introduced in Odesa
Another intersection in Odesa has adopted the «red for all» rule during the moment of silence.
Every day at 9:00 AM, during the nationwide moment of silence, traffic lights at 13 intersections in Odesa operate in the «red for all» mode.
Since January 28, this mode has also been tested at the intersection of Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue (formerly Dobrovolskyi Avenue) and Vladyslav Buvalkin Street (formerly Bocharova Street).
Drivers are urged to be attentive and courteous to all road users.
