Emergency Water Supply Interruptions in Odesa
According to the branch “Infoksvodokanal”, due to urgent repair works at the water supply facility, from 7:00 AM on November 15, 2025, to 7:00 AM on November 16, 2025, the water supply will be suspended for consumers in certain areas of the Peresyp district of Odesa (housing estate «Luzanivka», formerly known as housing estate «Kotovsky»).
During this water outage, municipal services will arrange for the delivery of technical water via tank trucks.
The locations of the tank trucks with technical water are:

- 28th Brigade St. (Paustovsky), 29 (opposite the arch);
- Academician Zabolotny St. (opposite the arch);
- Yaroslav Bais St. (Vysotsky), 5/1;
- Vladyslav Buvalkin St. (Bocharov), 1 (in the yard);
- Academician Zabolotny St., 12;
- Academician Zabolotny St., 1 (near the emergency medical assistance station);
- Marseilles St., 9 (near the «Tavriya V» supermarket);
- Desantny Boulevard, 14 (near the Peresyp district registry office);
- Heroes of Defense of Odesa St. (Heroes of Stalingrad), 82 (near the playground);
- Heroes of Defense of Odesa St. (Heroes of Stalingrad), 18 (in the yard);
- Luzanivska St., 67 (near the «Clever» management company office);
- Joliot-Curie St., 26;
- Prince Volodymyr the Great Ave. (Dobrovolsky), 155;

The tank trucks with technical water will be available at these addresses starting from 8:00 AM.
Additionally, from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, the public water fountains in the Peresyp district will be operational at the following addresses: Crimean St., 71 and Heroes of Defense of Odesa St., 60v.
